Invitation of General Assembly

Dubai Islamic Insurance & Reinsurance Company (AMAN) has invited shareholders to its Annual General Assembly meeting on April 30, 2026, at 12:00 PM.
The agenda includes a proposal to not distribute dividends for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025.
Shareholders will vote on distributing a remuneration of AED 200,000 to each member of the Board of Directors.
The meeting will also address the approval of the 2025 financial statements and the appointment of auditors for the 2026 fiscal year.
