Etihad Energy Holding PJSC (formerly Gulf Navigation Holding PJSC) has formally postponed its General Assembly Meeting originally scheduled for 25 June 2026.
The decision to postpone was made in coordination with the Capital Market Authority and the shareholders who initially requested the meeting.
A new date for the General Assembly Meeting will be announced in the future following applicable regulatory requirements.
