ALDAR LAUNCHES THE FIRST PHASE OF YAS PARK PLACE, BRINGING A NEW COLLECTION OF HOMES TO THE HEART OF YAS ISLAND

Aldar announced the launch of the first phase of Yas Park Place, a new residential community featuring six mid-rise buildings on the northern side of Yas Island.
The development offers a variety of housing units, including studios, one- to three-bedroom apartments, and two-bedroom duplexes.
Sales for the first phase are scheduled to open to buyers starting Thursday, April 16, 2026.
The project is designed with a garden-led concept targeting an Estidama Pearl 3 sustainability rating and includes community amenities such as a retail promenade and co-working spaces.
