Foodco National Foodstuff (FNF) will hold its Annual General Meeting on April 20, 2026, at 11:00 AM at its Abu Dhabi offices and via video conference.
The Board of Directors recommends the non-distribution of dividends for the 2025 financial year as no profit was achieved during the period.
The meeting agenda includes the review of 2025 financial statements and a recommendation to provide no remuneration to Board members for the year.
Shareholders registered as of April 17, 2026, are entitled to vote, with a second meeting scheduled for April 27, 2026, if the 50% quorum requirement is not met.
