ALDAR AND MUBADALA JV ACQUIRES THE LINK AT MASDAR CITY, ANCHORING INVESTMENT IN ABU DHABI'S CLEAN ENERGY AND AI ECOSYSTEM

Aldar and Mubadala Investment Company completed the AED 654 million acquisition of 'The Link' at Masdar City through their 2024 joint venture.
The mixed-use development consists of approximately 32,000 square metres of net leasable area across five buildings and is currently 100% leased.
The asset includes Grade A LEED Platinum office space, a Net-Zero energy headquarters building, residential accommodation, and a multi-use hall.
Major anchor tenants for the development include the Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company (Masdar) and the Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence (MBZUAI).
