ALDAR ACQUIRES INDUSTRIAL & LOGISTICS PORTFOLIO IN KEZAD FROM AD PORTS GROUP FOR AED 650 MILLION

Aldar acquired an industrial and logistics portfolio in KEZAD from AD Ports Group for AED 650 million.
The transaction includes 163,000 square metres of income-generating space across three multi-let warehouses, currently maintaining a 97% occupancy rate.
The acquisition increases Aldar’s total industrial and logistics portfolio to over 700,000 square metres of space with a pipeline exceeding 1.5 million square metres.
This marks the second transaction between the two companies at KEZAD, following a previous purchase of facilities in November 2025.
