Waha Capital PJSC repurchased 500,000 of its own shares on April 7, 2026, at an average price of 1.7528 AED per share.
The transaction brings the total number of shares repurchased to date to 7,021,828, which represents 0.3728% of the company's issued shares.
A remaining 181,329,533 shares (9.6272% of the total) are still authorized for purchase under the current buy-back program approved in December 2025.
