MBME Group has opened nominations for five seats on its Board of Directors, with the submission period running from April 9, 2026, to April 19, 2026.
Candidates must submit applications via email to IR@mbmegroup.ae, specifying the membership type as Executive, Non-Executive, or Independent.
Nominees are required to meet legal conditions set by Federal Decree-Law No. 32 of 2021 and Ministerial Decision No. 137/2024.
The names and profiles of candidates will be published on the ADX and company websites two days prior to the General Assembly Meeting date.
