Results of the BOD meeting o f Dubai Refreshment P.J.S.C held on 2 April 2026

Dubai Refreshment PJSC held a Board of Directors meeting on April 2, 2026, to elect leadership and committee members.
Mr. Ahmad Bin Eisa AlSerkal was unanimously elected as the Chairman of the Board.
Mr. Ali Bin Humaid Al Owais was unanimously elected as the Vice Chairman.
The Board also appointed members to its various committees in accordance with applicable rules.
