Emaar Prepares to Unveil Its Most Ambitious Masterplan Ever in heart of Dubai

Emaar Properties announced a new AED 200 billion master-planned urban district in Dubai with a total built-up area exceeding 4.5 million square meters.
The development is designed to house nearly 150,000 residents and will feature a mix of residential towers, signature villas, Grade-A commercial offices, and luxury hospitality.
The project will be organized into five distinct character zones and includes proposed metro connectivity, smart mobility infrastructure, and extensive green and blue landscapes such as community lagoons and a district park.
