Aldar Properties PJSC has scheduled its Annual General Meeting for April 2, 2026, to approve a recommended cash dividend of 20.50 fils per share (20.50% of capital) for the 2025 fiscal year.
The total proposed cash dividend distribution for the period ended December 31, 2025, amounts to AED 1,611,839,068.62.
Shareholders registered in the company's share book on April 13, 2026, will be entitled to receive dividends, provided a quorum is reached at the first meeting.
The agenda includes the approval of 2025 financial reports, the appointment of auditors for 2026, and a special resolution regarding social contributions for the 2026 fiscal year.
