Talabat purchased 900,000 of its own shares on June 30, 2026, at an average price of 1.228 AED per share.
The transaction involved a highest price of 1.230 AED and a lowest price of 1.220 AED per share.
Total shares purchased under the current buyback program have reached 89,850,000 (0.3860% of issued capital) at an overall average price of 1.170 AED per share.
Approximately 1,074,562,031 shares remain available for purchase under the program, which is authorized for up to 5% of capital and scheduled to end on April 12, 2028.
