Agility Public Warehousing Company (Makhazen) intends to challenge an enforcement order obtained by the Public Authority for Industry (PAI) for the eviction of plots 3, 4, and 5 in Mina Abdullah under Contract No. 208.
The company asserts that the court judgment implies it retains the right to all assets at the site, despite the requirement to hand over the location free of occupants.
The legal dispute follows a Court of Appeal ruling on December 3, 2025, which declared PAI’s claim for KD 31,593,561.644 and eviction requests inadmissible due to prior adjudication.
There is no immediate financial impact on the company; the final impact will be determined based on the outcome of the legal challenge against the enforcement order.
