Spinneys 1961 Holding PLC scheduled its Annual General Assembly Meeting (AGM) for March 16, 2026, to approve a recommended final cash dividend of AED 129.6 million (3.60 fils per share) for the second half of 2025.
The assembly will ratify a previously distributed interim cash dividend of AED 119.52 million (3.32 fils per share) that was paid for the six-month period ended June 30, 2025.
Key entitlement dates include March 13, 2026, for voting rights and March 26, 2026, for the right to receive the dividend payments.
Other agenda items include the ratification of 2025 financial statements, approval of Board remuneration, and the appointment of external auditors for the 2026 fiscal year.
