Post share buyback announcement

TALABAT purchased 1,250,000 of its own shares on June 8, 2026, at an average price of 1.218 AED per share.
The company has acquired a total of 36,000,000 shares to date under its buyback program, representing 0.1547% of the issued capital at an overall average price of 0.985 AED.
Approximately 1,128,412,031 shares remain available for purchase under the current program, which is authorized to acquire up to 5% of total shares.
The buyback program commenced on May 18, 2026, and is scheduled to run through April 12, 2028.
