Postponing General Assembly

Dubai Islamic Insurance and Reinsurance (AMAN) postponed its Annual General Assembly Meeting originally scheduled for April 30, 2026.
The postponement is due to the absence of a legal quorum.
The meeting is rescheduled for Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 12:00 noon.
The session will be held at the company's head office and will also be accessible remotely through virtual meeting technology.
