Results of BOD Meeting

Gulf Navigation Holding PJSC approved the interim financial statements for the three-month period ended 31 March 2026.
The Board of Directors resolved to add a proposal to discharge the external auditors from liability for the 2025 financial year to the upcoming General Assembly agenda.
The General Assembly meeting is expected to be held in June 2026, subject to approval from the Capital Market Authority.
