Results of BOD Meeting

The Board of Directors of Dubai National Insurance (DNI) approved the financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025.
The Board recommended a 15% cash dividend distribution for the year 2025, subject to General Assembly approval.
The 2025 Integrated Report and the General Assembly meeting agenda were approved by the Board.
The General Assembly meeting date will be disclosed following approvals from the Central Bank and the Securities and Commodities Authority.
