BHM Capital Financial Services and ADNH Catering PLC have mutually agreed to discontinue their Liquidity Provision Agreement.
Activities under the agreement for ADNH Catering PLC shares listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) will cease effective April 16, 2026.
The decision to terminate the liquidity provision services was reached by mutual agreement between both parties.
