Chimera UCITS ICAV and its five sub-funds will be renamed to "Lunate" effective July 1, 2026, to align with the rebranding of the Investment Manager to Lunate Capital Limited.
The name changes include renaming the ICAV to Lunate UCITS ICAV and updating fund titles, such as Chimera S&P UAE UCITS ETF becoming Lunate S&P UAE UCITS ETF.
There will be no changes to the investment objectives, policies, or management methods of any fund as a result of these name changes.
Shareholders who do not wish to remain invested under the new branding may redeem their shares on any dealing day prior to the effective date.
