Post share buyback announcement

Talabat purchased 7,000,000 shares on June 10, 2026, at an average price of 1.294 AED per share as part of its ongoing buyback program.
Total shares acquired under the program have reached 49,000,000, representing 0.2105% of the company’s issued capital.
The buyback program is authorized to purchase up to 5% of shares and is scheduled to remain active until April 12, 2028.
Approximately 1,115,412,031 shares remain available for purchase under the current program authorization.
