Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation PJSC (EMPOWER) reported a record profit after tax of AED 1 billion for the 2025 fiscal year, a 10.50% year-on-year increase, and distributed total dividends of AED 875 million.
Full-year revenue reached AED 3.42 billion (up 4.90% YoY) and EBITDA rose to AED 1.65 billion (up 6.30% YoY), supported by a total contracted capacity of 1.94 million RT.
Operational capacity expanded to a physical connected capacity of 1.66 million RT across 1,747 buildings, reinforcing the company's position as a primary infrastructure anchor for Dubai.
The Group institutionalized artificial intelligence and machine learning in its plant operations to drive energy efficiencies and predictive maintenance, while receiving the MAJRA Gold Impact Seal for its sustainability governance.
