Opens the nominations for BOD membership

Gulf Navigation Holding has opened the nomination period for its Board of Directors, running from April 3, 2026, until April 13, 2026.
Seven (7) board members are scheduled to be elected through this process.
Applicants must submit their candidacy for Executive, Non-Executive, or Independent member categories at the company's headquarters in Dubai.
The company will publish the names and details of the nominated candidates on Wednesday, April 15, 2026.
