Al Dhafra Insurance shareholders approved a cash dividend of 35% for the 2025 fiscal year, equivalent to 35 fils per share or a total of AED 35 million.
The General Assembly ratified the financial statements, balance sheet, and Board of Directors' report for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025.
Key dividend dates include an ex-dividend date of April 3, 2026, a registry closing date of April 6, 2026, and a scheduled payment date of April 25, 2026.
Crowe Mac was appointed as the external auditor for the 2026 fiscal year with a total fee of AED 315,000.
