Investcorp Capital Deploys $200 million into Senior Living and Select Multifamily as U.S. Housing Fundamentals Strengthen

Investcorp Capital acquired a $200 million investment in a U.S. residential real estate portfolio consisting of two senior living properties and one multifamily asset.
The portfolio includes a 148-unit senior living property in Orange County, California, a 116-unit senior living property on Long Island, New York, and a 199-unit multifamily community in Bloomfield, New Jersey.
The acquired assets exhibited an average occupancy rate of approximately 94% as of the end of 2025.
The company announced targets for significant additional investment in the senior housing sector over the next three years to leverage growing demographic demand.
