Notification from the company

Agility Public Warehousing Company was vacated from the Mina Abdullah site (Contract No. 208) on June 9, 2026, following the enforcement of Judgment No. 19 of 2023.
The vacation of the 1.6 million sqm site is expected to impact group revenues, which were approximately KD 17 million annually from this location.
The Public Authority for Industry and the General Department of Execution have not yet handed over the company’s equipment and assets remaining at the site.
Agility stated it will continue to take legal action to defend its rights and the rights of its shareholders.
