Redemption notice of U.S.$600,000,000 Perpetual Additional Tier 1 Capital Securities (Common Code: 224335075, ISIN: XS2243350753) (the Capital Securities)

Commercial Bank of Dubai (CBD) announced the full redemption of its U.S.$600 million Perpetual Additional Tier 1 Capital Securities scheduled for April 21, 2026.
The redemption will be executed at the Early Redemption Amount in accordance with the Issuer’s Call Option on the First Call Date.
CBD will request the cancellation of the securities' listing and trading on both Euronext Dublin and Nasdaq Dubai shortly after the redemption date.
