Results of BOD Meeting

The Board of Directors of Gulf Navigation Holding recommended the appointment of a new external auditor and the termination of the current auditor's services.
This recommendation is scheduled to be presented to shareholders at a General Assembly meeting expected to be held in June 2026.
The Board approved including the auditor change on the General Assembly agenda, pending approval from the Capital Market Authority.
The decisions were finalized during a virtual meeting held on 26 May 2026, where the Board also discussed general business matters.
