Alef Education Holding plc invited shareholders to its Annual General Meeting on March 31, 2026, at 4:00 PM UAE time, to be held physically in Abu Dhabi and virtually.
The Board recommended a final cash dividend of AED 223,972,000 for the second half of 2025, bringing the total cash dividend for the 2025 financial year to AED 432,992,000 (618.56% of paid-up capital).
Shareholders will consider a recommendation to distribute an interim cash dividend for the first half of 2026 equivalent to 90% of the company's profits for that period.
Electronic registration for attendance and voting opens on March 24, 2026, and closes at the commencement of the meeting on March 31, 2026.
