BOD meeting

Takaful Emarat Insurance has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 3:00 PM via Microsoft Teams.
The meeting agenda includes the election of the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
The Board will discuss the reform of Board Committees and the appointment of committee chairpersons and members.
Other agenda items include the approval of the committees' Terms of Reference and the review of previous meeting minutes.
