Fujairah Cement Industries Board Meeting Results held on 27/04/2026 at 12:00

Fujairah Cement Industries formed its new Board of Directors and related committees for the 2026-2028 period following a meeting on April 27, 2026.
Sheikh Mohammed Bin Hamad Bin Saif Al Sharqi was appointed as Chairman and Mr. Saad Abdullah Hussain Al Hanyan as Vice Chairman.
The Board approved the implementation procedures for all resolutions passed during the company's Annual General Meeting (AGM).
