BOD meeting

Gulf Navigation Holding PJSC will hold a Board of Directors meeting on May 26, 2026, to consider the appointment of a new external auditor for the financial year ending December 31, 2026.
The board will review the Audit Committee’s recommendation regarding the new auditor selection and regular corporate matters.
If approved, the auditor appointment will be added to the agenda of the next General Assembly meeting, which is expected to be held in June 2026.
The proposed General Assembly agenda item remains subject to approval by the Capital Market Authority.
