LAUNCH OF YAS PARK PLACE GENERATES MORE THAN AED 800 MILLION IN SALES WITH 80% OF RELEASED UNITS SOLD

Aldar generated more than AED 800 million in sales for Yas Park Place, with 80% of the units released in the first phase sold.
International and expatriate buyers accounted for 54% of total sales, while UAE nationals represented 46% of the volume.
The customer base showed significant expansion, with 83% being first-time Aldar buyers and 66% of investors under the age of 45.
The project consists of six mid-rise buildings, with four buildings released in the first phase and two buildings scheduled for the second phase.
