Notification of Central Bank Licensing of MBME Pay

MBME Pay, a wholly owned subsidiary of MBME Group, officially secured approval and licensing from the Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates on April 8, 2026.
The license authorizes the company to conduct Merchant Acquiring and Payment Aggregation activities across the UAE.
The approval allows MBME Pay to provide end-to-end merchant acquiring solutions and operate as a licensed payment aggregator across multiple digital and physical channels.
This regulatory milestone is intended to strengthen the company’s position in the UAE and MENA region's digital payment ecosystem.
