Talabat purchased 300,000 treasury shares on June 24, 2026, at a price of 1.240 AED per share.
Total shares acquired to date under the program reached 86,250,000, representing 0.3705% of the issued capital at an overall average price of 1.168 AED per share.
Approximately 1,078,162,031 shares remain available for purchase under the current buyback authorization, which allows for the acquisition of up to 5% of shares through April 12, 2028.
