Dubai Taxi Company (DTC) signed an agreement to acquire 100% of National Taxi LLC for an approximate enterprise value of AED 1.45 billion.
The acquisition includes more than 2,500 licensed taxi plates across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Al Ain, facilitating DTC's entry into the Abu Dhabi market.
The transaction will be fully funded through a new bank debt facility, with closing expected in Q3 2026 subject to regulatory approvals.
DTC expects the deal to be earnings and dividend accretive starting in 2027, with the initial financial impact appearing in H2 2026 results.
