The annotation in the Commercial Register

International Financial Advisors Holding (IFA) has increased its authorized, issued, and paid-up capital from KWD 54,253,400.400 to KWD 59,678,740.400.
The capital increase was executed through the issuance of 10% bonus shares (54,253,400 shares) for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025.
The Extraordinary General Assembly approved the measure on May 11, 2026, with a 77.554% majority, and the change was officially recorded in the Commercial Register.
Bonus shares are to be distributed to registered shareholders three business days after the entitlement date, which is established as 21 business days following the assembly meeting.
