A single proxy is prohibited from representing unitholders who collectively hold more than 5% of the REIT's total issued capital.
Proxy signatures must be officially authenticated by authorized UAE entities, such as the Notary Public, a Chamber of Commerce, a licensed bank, or a licensed financial market.
Corporate unitholders may delegate representatives to attend and vote through a formal board resolution or an administrative resolution.
