Emaar Properties reported a 38.3% year-on-year increase in net profit for the first quarter ended March 31, 2026, reaching AED 6.41 billion compared to AED 4.64 billion in Q1 2025. Basic and diluted earnings per share for the period improved to AED 0.57, up from AED 0.42.
Total revenue grew by 22.8% to AED 12.40 billion from AED 10.10 billion in the previous year’s quarter, supported by a 21.3% rise in gross profit to AED 6.95 billion as the company scaled its core operations.
Financial performance was significantly bolstered by a nearly five-fold increase in the share of results from associates and joint ventures, which contributed AED 545.5 million compared to AED 109.7 million in Q1 2025, alongside a sharp rise in "other income" to AED 468.9 million.
The company declared AED 8.84 billion in dividends to shareholders during the quarter and maintained strong liquidity with AED 7.52 billion in net cash flows from operating activities, driven largely by AED 2.96 billion in advances from customers.
