Clarification of the News

Agility Global PLC clarified social media news regarding an arbitration award for its subsidiary, ICS Inspection and Control Services Limited, against the Argentine Republic.
The original ruling issued in April 2024 awarded ICS approximately $159.7 million (KD 49 million), consisting of a $9.7 million principal award and $150 million in interest.
The subsidiary has filed a court request to enforce the award, but no decision has been reached yet and there are no new material developments to report.
