Borouge PLC repurchased 150,000 of its shares on May 1, 2026, at an average price of 2.508 per share.
The transaction brings the total number of shares purchased to date to 278,097,109, representing 0.9252% of the total issued share capital.
A total of 473,345,181 shares remain to be purchased under the existing authority approval dated April 7, 2025.
The buy-back was executed through Al Ramz Capital on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX).
