The meeting focused on technical and operational procedures for district cooling plants and distribution networks, highlighting smart solutions designed to optimize building performance and energy efficiency.
The initiative included a site visit to Empower’s district cooling plant at the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) to demonstrate sustainable cooling infrastructure and its role in the UAE’s green economy transition.
CEO Ahmad Bin Shafar emphasized that these engagements aim to streamline procedures, enhance technical awareness among stakeholders, and improve service quality across the district cooling sector.
