Waha Capital PJSC has scheduled its Annual General Assembly Meeting (AGM) for Friday, March 13, 2026, at 11:00 AM, to be held both in person in Abu Dhabi and virtually.
The Board of Directors recommends a cash dividend distribution of 10 fils per share, totaling AED 188,351,361 for the financial year ended December 31, 2025.
The agenda includes a proposal to allocate 1% of 2025 profits for charitable and voluntary contributions and the appointment of auditors for the 2026 financial year.
Shareholders registered on March 12, 2026, are entitled to vote, while the dividend record date is set for March 23, 2026, provided the quorum requirements are met during the first meeting.
