Alpha Data PJSC has invited shareholders to an Annual General Meeting on April 1, 2026, at 11:00 AM, to be held both physically in Abu Dhabi and virtually.
The Board proposed a final cash dividend of 6.5 fils per share for the 2025 fiscal year, totaling AED 65 million, and annual Board remuneration of AED 1.08 million.
Shareholders will vote on a special resolution to approve an AED 41 million related party transaction to purchase 18 office units in Addax Tower, intended to increase the company's In-Country Value (ICV) score.
