Post share buyback announcement

Talabat purchased 2,500,000 treasury shares on June 3, 2026, at an average price of 1.180 AED per share.
The transaction brings the total number of shares bought under the current program to 33,250,000, representing 0.1428% of the issued capital.
The buyback program, authorized for up to 5% of capital, commenced on May 18, 2026, and is scheduled to run until April 12, 2028.
Approximately 1,131,162,031 shares remain available for purchase under the existing board approval.
