Emaar Development will hold its Annual General Meeting on March 26, 2026, at 4:00 PM at the Address Sky View Hotel, Dubai, with options for remote electronic participation.
The Board of Directors recommended a cash dividend of AED 4 billion for the 2025 fiscal year, representing 100% of share capital at AED 1 per share.
Shareholders registered as of April 7, 2026, will be entitled to receive the dividend, while the record date for meeting attendance and voting is March 25, 2026.
The meeting agenda includes the election of Board members and the approval of financial statements and reports for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025.
