Suspend trading on Abu Dhabi National Hotels Co.-ADNH shares on 20 Apr 2026 at 12:00 PM

Trading in Abu Dhabi National Hotels Co. (ADNH) shares will be temporarily suspended on April 20, 2026, starting at 12:00 PM.
The suspension is due to a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for the same time, which coincides with the ADX trading session.
Trading will remain suspended until the exchange receives the disclosure regarding the results of the board meeting.
The decision was issued by the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) under Resolution No. (393) of 2026.
