Waha Capital's Audit Committee reported its 2025 performance as effective, following four scheduled meetings and a comprehensive year-end evaluation led by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
The committee managed the transition and appointment of Price Waterhouse Coopers (PWC) as the company's new external auditor for 2025, replacing Ernst & Young after its mandatory six-year rotation.
