ADNH Catering reported Q1 2026 revenue of AED 464 million, a 13.2% increase year-over-year, though net profit declined to AED 31 million (6.8% margin) compared to AED 39 million in Q1 2025.
EBITDA for the quarter was AED 54 million with an 11.5% margin, down from 14.6% a year ago, primarily due to regional geopolitical conflict impacting input markets, prices, and volumes.
Operations remained robust with a 99.4% contract retention rate and 20 new contracts secured during the period, representing AED 37 million in new business wins.
The company distributed a final dividend of AED 90 million in April 2026, bringing the total distribution for the previous year to AED 180 million, supported by a 73% cash conversion rate.
