Result of BOD meeting

The Board of Directors of Takaful Emarat Insurance PSC held a meeting on July 23, 2026, to elect a new Chairman of the Board.
Board committees were reformed with the appointment of new chairpersons and members.
The Board formally approved the Terms of Reference for all newly formed committees.
The meeting included the approval of the agenda and the minutes of the previous Board meeting.
